Support continues to flow from representatives of different political parties and NGOs for the Freedom Vigil, initiated to enable the *Vicdan Ship*, unlawfully held at Haydarpaşa Port, to set sail.

On the 55th day of the ever-growing Freedom Vigil, HÜDA-PAR Chairman Zekeriya Yapıcıoğlu joined the gathering, showing his support for our just cause.

Emphasizing that everyone must do their utmost to stop the ongoing genocide in Palestine, Yapıcıoğlu stated that the *Vicdan Ship’s* departure could exert pressure on Israel to halt its genocide, calling on all people of conscience to support the ship’s journey.

Discussing the potential consequences if the occupying Israel is not restrained, Yapıcıoğlu said: “It is now evident to everyone that the Zionists’ target is not limited to Gaza. If the Zionists are not stopped there, tomorrow they may plan to capture Beirut, then Damascus, and eventually our lands. Our demand is clear: all civil society organizations must keep this issue on their agenda.”
