In what ways can I donate my real estate?

1. Unconditional donation: You can make a donation without any conditions to be utilized in charitable services. Real estate donations are evaluated with precision by authorized persons so that the donation made can be used in the most beneficial way. All options such as selling, renting, or physically using the real estate are investigated. As a result of investigations made with the sensitivity of trust (amanah), the most appropriate method is preferred for the continuation of charitable services.

2. Donation with the condition of usufruct (right of use): If you wish, you can transfer only the property right to Mavi Marmara Freedom and Solidarity Association by putting an annotation on your title deed, keeping the right of use for yourself. The ownership of your real estate passes to Mavi Marmara Freedom and Solidarity Association, but as the donor, you can use, rent out, and manage the donated place until the end of your life.
