Since October 7, the people of Gaza have been struggling not only with the relentless bombardment by the occupying forces but also with the daily hardships of life. With border crossings into Gaza either closed or severely restricted, access to even the most basic necessities has been lost. Moreover, the destruction of homes and the displacement of thousands have created new and urgent needs—one of which is clothing.

According to unofficial reports, around 160,000 homes in Gaza have been completely destroyed, and nearly 300,000 more have become uninhabitable since the beginning of the attacks. As a result, many Gazans have been forced to take shelter in tents, schools, and hospitals, bringing with them only a few personal belongings.

In response, we are prioritizing our clothing distribution project to help meet the urgent need for clothing among the people of Gaza.
